In the Time of Butterflies

I think that the book is getting really interesting, but at the same time, it's confusing. In chapter 9, it was sad to read about the sisters getting arrested. Each of them have a very sad story, and there was alot of emotion. Dede thinks she might get arrested because all of her sisters were, but I don't think she will because she is the only surviving sister. I think the book is confusing because the author puts in unnecessary things in the book and it just confuses me.
